At Roseneath School we have a vibrant, inclusive school where children love to learn.
Our Roseneath graduates leave us as Year 8s who know how to think, create, persevere and collaborate, because we design a range of learning opportunities to develop their strengths.
Early in the year we welcomed Mayor Justin Lester and Deputy Mayor Jill Day with a pōwhiri to open our new playground. Some of our students represented our school again in the ANZAC Memorial Service.
Our whole school production “Big History” transported the audiences through Ancient Civilisations. Many of our students performed in the Michael Fowler Centre as part of the Artsplash Wearable Arts and DanceSplash shows, we have shared our learning with our families each term when we open our classrooms, as well as celebrating our many academic and sporting successes in our weekly assemblies.
Our Roseneath School Fundraising committee have organised another year of fun events from quizzes through to car washes and sausage sizzles- raising money for the next stage of our school playground upgrade.
Please feel free to drop in to have a look around - we’d love to meet you and your whānau!
